He speaks

Since we've been back from Kansas I've noticed Talan is acting more like a kid than a baby. 

Yesterday he was off playing in the 'map room'. I said, " Talan, you want to eat?" He turned around...crawled over to his seat and waited. 

Every night we brush his 4 teeth. Its my turn first and then I give the toothbrush to him and count to ten. That is Talan's turn. Lately he has been taking the toothbrush out of his mouth before I get to 10 and saying "duh" (done). 

Does this mean he really does know what NO means.
